NET Recruit are partnering with a fantastic successful manufacturing business to assist them on their search for a Sales Co-ordinator to work inSouthampton. Due to sustained success, spanning over a number of years, this business has continued to grow, not only its workforce but also the customer base in which it operates, becoming a leader within its industry. With a clientele that have come to expect a high level of service from this business, which it prides itself on always delivering, the company are searching for driven and dedicated individuals to join their team to ensure this quality is maintained.
Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
*Inputting sales orders accurately and processing them through to completion
*Tracking orders and ensuring all stages are updated and monitored effectively
*Liaising closely with production teams to provide accurate information and confirm customer lead times for modifications
*Raising production orders for required modifications
*Coordinating and arranging deliveries to meet customer expectations and deadlines
*Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers, providing regular updates on order progress
*Raising purchase orders with suppliers as required
*Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
*Providing administrative and operational support to field sales teams
*Assisting with general sales administration duties as required
*Setting up new service contracts in line with business requirements
*Supporting wider administrative functions and assisting other team members when needed
What you will need to Apply:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have previous experience within an administrative or sales support environment, ideally within a busy and fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential, along with the capability to prioritise workload effectively.
Applicants should be confident communicating with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, and demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team are also key requirements for this position.
Please note this role is offered on a 12-month temporary contract.
