Your Company:
A highly exciting job opportunity has become available in a fast expanding medical manufacturing organisation, based in the Winchester area. The business is seeking a Sales Administrator to join the expanding team. At all levels, the team consists of diverse individuals who are passionate about what they do and are consummate professionals. Due to recent success over the last couple of years, this company are looking to grow many of their core business functions, and as such are expanding many of their teams.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Process, check, acknowledge and confirm orders
*Dealing with supplier inboxes and phone calls
*Forward enquiries and feedback to Sales and also update customers on progress of orders
*Stock and spot buying for projects
*Draft, receive, and check stock against orders while in the warehouse and report any issues
*Delivery and service scheduling with Sales, customers and suppliers
*Import and warehouse handling with help from the suppliers
*The tracking of incoming support issues and finding resolutions with Sales, suppliers or customers
*Advise finance team regarding costs to be reclaimed from suppliers
*Sales invoicing with training and new customer setup using Sage 50 for suppliers
What you will need to Apply:
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Sage 50, Excel and a web-based CRM system. Administrative experience would be advantageous. This role will require the candidate to work well under pressure and be highly adaptable, with the ability to also work under many deadlines. Excellent communications skills will be invaluable, as this role will involve the candidate speaking to a broad range of individuals across multiple sectors and of various levels of seniority.
What you will get in Return:
A base salary of £25,000 is available to the successful candidate. In addition there is a competitive holiday allowance and also a good pension scheme. You will also be eligible to receive market leading training that will accelerate your career development and enable multiple future opportunities to prosper. As well as this, you could move laterally into a new opportunity, either into a fully fledged sales role or project planning and coordination.
