Job Description:
HR Business Partner - M&A & Integration SpecialistLocation: Ross-on-Wye (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Growth at HSL Compliance is fast-paced, and as we expand, so does the complexity of our workforce. We are looking for an HR Business Partner who thrives in the "thick of it." You won’t just be managing BAU; you will be the operational engine behind our M&A and integration activity. If you enjoy the challenge of harmonising cultures, navigating TUPE transfers, and operationalising change in a growing, multi-site environment, this is your next career step.

Some of what you will be doing:
*You will be the point person for integration. From due diligence support to the smooth execution of TUPE transfers, you’ll ensure that new teams feel settled and compliant from Day 1, protecting our organisational culture during periods of acquisition.

*You’ll resolve complex employee relations cases across our multi-site operations. Your goal is to simplify the complex - coaching managers to handle absence and performance issues with legal precision and commercial sense.

*You will partner with HR Operations to ensure HRIS optimisation and data quality, turning people metrics into actionable insights for the business.

*You’ll move beyond the handbook to champion our "One Team" approach. Whether it’s driving learning and development or implementing new compensation initiatives, you’ll ensure our people strategy supports business plans.

What you will bring to the team:
*Practical, hands-on experience in TUPE and the people workstreams of M&A activity.

*A proven track record in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You are comfortable moving between head-office strategy and the needs of a mobile workforce.

*Deep understanding of UK Employment Law and a commitment to maintaining best-practice HR standards.

*The ability to coach managers to resolve issues early and effectively.

*CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).

Not sure if you tick every single box? We know that great talent comes in many forms. If you have a solid background in HR and a passion for managing complex integrations, we’d love to hear from you - even if your experience doesn’t align 100% with our criteria.

Why Work for HSL?
You will have a seat at the table in driving the People Strategy through our growth and integration phases. We trust your expertise. You’ll have the space to manage your priorities and lead your own integration projects. As well as:
*Clear career pathways and the chance to lead HR initiatives that scale with the business.

*Access to Kinhub (wellbeing & financial support) and an enhanced sick pay scheme.

*25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)

*Free eye test every 2 years

*Company pension scheme & sick pay scheme
