Location: Leeds
Salary: £38,000+ (DOE)
Working Hours: Days Regular | Early Finish Fridays
The Role:
*Setting, operating and programming sliding head CNC machines
*Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
*Working from engineering drawings and specifications
*Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
*Ensuring efficient production and minimising downtime
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience working with sliding head / Swiss-type machines
*Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Experience with Fanuc controls (desirable but not essential)
*A proactive and quality-focused approach
