Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join a nationwide company who have their UK Head Office based in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to join a growing team/department.
Working Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Milton Keynes.
Contract Type: Perm.
Start Date: ASAP, following successful interviews.
Summary/Overview:
*Providing administrative support to the commercial teams. This includes SAP tracking and reporting, CRM system support, general administration and support across the business, including sales teams.
Duties:
*Responsible for Sales / Commercial SAP tracking and reporting, along with the Commercial Analyst.
*Supporting sales team with Adhoc Reports.
*Ownership of C4C Admin & Housekeeping - This involves updating changes, ensuring information is correct, running reports and flagging any concerns to the Commercial Operations Manager and Head of Sales Excellence.
*Creation and maintenance of the Product Master Data.
*Supporting with new starter set up for the Sales Team (e.g. ordering equipment, ensuring IT access).
*General commercial administration.
Skills Required:
*Previous administration experience within an office environment - Essential!!
*Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
*Excellent communication skills, being able to work with all levels of colleagues in a business.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Computer Literate - Previous experience using G-Suite would be advantageous.
*Ability to work under your own initiative and as a member of the team.
