Private Client Development Executive (Business Development)

Job Description:
This is your opportunity to build a high-performing book of business in a niche, high-value market. We’re looking for a new business focussed Account Executive who thrives on winning new business, developing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
You’ll take ownership of new business generation, working warm leads while proactively developing and leveraging dealership relationships to unlock consistent referral pipelines.
What You’ll Be Driving:
*Converting high-quality, warm inbound leads into revenue.
*Proactively building face-to-face relationships with luxury & supercar dealerships.
*Becoming the go-to insurance partner for dealership sales teams.
*Generating referrals and repeat business through strong commercial relationships.
*Identifying and capitalising on cross-sell opportunities (UHNW home insurance).
*Building and growing your own profitable book of HNW/UHNW clients.
What Success Looks Like:
*Strong pipeline generation through dealership partnerships.
*Consistent new business wins and revenue growth.
*High conversion rates from warm and self-generated leads.
*Long-term, high-value client relationships.
What You Bring
*Proven business development / sales mindset within insurance.
*Experience with HNW / Private Clients (or strong personal lines with ambition).
*Confidence building face-to-face relationships with introducers (dealerships ideal).
*A natural ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals.
*Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially sharp.
*Experience with Acturis (desirable).
