Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.
*Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
*Oversee transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
*Handle new build transactions.
*Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
*Operate with a degree of autonomy, with support tailored to your level of experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in residential property.
*Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
*Strong client care and communication skills.
*Commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
*Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team.
