As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your key responsibilities will be:
*Managing and growing the lettings pipeline, ensuring strong conversion and performance
*Organising and conducting property viewings, delivering a professional and engaging experience
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the lettings department
*Booking and attending valuations (where applicable), with listing experience seen as advantageous
*Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
*Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process
*Handling enquiries, calls, and general office administration
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems, including Microsoft Excel
*Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and providing correct advice to clients
To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator role, you must have:
*Previous experience within lettings is essential
*Experience at Senior Negotiator level or a proven track record looking to step up
*Listing/valuation experience would be advantageous
*A positive, driven, and professional attitude
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Confident working both independently and as part of a team
*Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Well-presented, punctual, and customer-focused
