Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Administration to join a busy and fast-paced environment.
The role will start off mainly dealing with invoicing, admin duties and will progress into more responsibilities over time.
Finance Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately input and maintain planning data within internal systems
*Liaise with internal teams to gather and verify information
*Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data input into finance systems
*Support purchase order processing and supplier invoice matching
*Assist with maintaining accurate financial records
*Provide administrative support to the finance function as required
*Maintain organised records and documentation
*Support with ad hoc administrative duties across departments
Finance Administrator – Person Spec:
*Previous experience in similar role or exposure to finance duties
*Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Basic understanding of finance processes (e.g. invoicing, purchase ledger)
Finance Administrator – Package:
*Annual Salary circa £26 500 - £27 500 (DOE)
*Exposure to both operational and finance functions
*Continuous Development
*Supportive working environment with development potential
