We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Administrator to join our team here at Kirklands Care Group based at Spencefield Grange Care Home in Leicester.
Pay: We have an excellent pay rate of £27,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Welcome to Spencefield Grange – our residential and dementia care home located in the beautiful village of Evington. Our highly qualified, experienced and compassionate team are ready and waiting to welcome you as the newest addition to the Kirklands family.

Spencefield Grange provides residential care for up to 60 people of mixed physical and cognitive ability, including Dementia, Parkinson’s disease and mental health issues.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
*Ensure payroll is completed effectively and timely
*Provide administrative support to the office team
*Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
*Manage schedules and appointments
*Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
*Computerise documents and maintain electronic filing systems
*Cooperate with the implementation, evaluation, orientation and induction of all new employees
*Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
*To collate and update payroll monthly using the digital rota system and sending to head office to process
*Assist with clerical duties as needed
