Are you a patient, resilient, and dedicated educator with a passion for making a difference?
We are a specialist school supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who are currently being educated at home. We’re looking for exceptional teachers and tutors to join our outreach team and provide individualised, one-to-one support to students across the Swale area.
What You’ll Do:
*Work with 2–3 students per day, allowing time for meaningful planning and marking.
*Deliver tailored education that re-engages and inspires learners.
*Build strong, trusting relationships that support emotional and academic growth.
