Job Description:
I’m working with a well-regarded law firm in Kent that’s looking to bring in an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal to join their established Court of Protection team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in Private Client or Court of Protection work who’s looking for a role with real client involvement and responsibility.

The role itself
You’ll be part of a respected Court of Protection team, supporting on a range of matters and taking an active role in client care. Your responsibilities will include:
*Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
*Managing client care from initial instruction through to file closure
*Handling the financial aspects of matters
*Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and firm information
*Supporting the wider team with duties as required
There may also be occasional client visits, so some travel will be involved.
Who this would suit
*An experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal
*Background in Private Client or Court of Protection work
*A strong communicator, both written and verbal
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Someone empathetic, patient, and client-focused
*Able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
*IT proficient, including MS Office and audio typing
