About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in a primary school, you will:
*Support teachers with everyday classroom activities.
*Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning.
*Assist with key primary subjects including phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy.
*Help deliver targeted interventions to close learning gaps.
*Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and confidence.
