Supporting a Financial Adviser
Location: Lymm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office Based

We’re recruiting for a Junior Personal Assistant to join a professional and friendly financial services environment, supporting a busy Financial Adviser with the day-to-day running of their workload.

You do not need years of experience, but you do need a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing


In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to a Financial Adviser and help make sure clients receive an efficient and professional service.


Your duties will include:
*Managing diaries and booking appointments
*Preparing documents, letters and meeting packs
*Speaking with clients by phone and email
*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
*Helping organise files and client paperwork
*Sending appointment confirmations and reminders
*Supporting with general office administration
*Assisting with compliance and document checks
*Making sure tasks are completed accurately and on time


What we’re looking for

*Organised and good at managing multiple tasks
*Professional and confident when communicating with people
*Reliable, discreet and trustworthy
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
*Keen to learn and develop within a professional office environment
*Calm, proactive and happy to support wherever needed


Experience


We’d love to hear from people who have:
*Previous administration, office support or customer service experience
*A professional and polished approach
*Experience in financial services, professional services or office support would be helpful, but it is not essential
