About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join a growing fashion manufacturer based in Leicester. This role is ideal for a commercially minded designer with experience across all areas in clothing and accessories, looking to develop within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You’ll be working closely with key retail accounts and internal teams, supporting the design and development of trend-led, commercially viable product ranges.
Key Responsibilities
*Design graphics for apparel and accessories across adult and childrenswear
*Develop new concepts and product ideas aligned with customer needs
*Create presentations for internal teams and external clients
*Manage brand approvals with support from the team
*Produce accurate, production-ready artwork for sampling
*Raise and track samples through to approval
*Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
*Support new business development, including liaising with brand owners
*Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams
*Attend customer meetings where required
*Maintain critical path updates and complete associated admin
Requirements
*Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar graphic design role (apparel/accessories)
*Degree in Fashion, Graphic Design, or similar
*Strong CAD, graphic, and presentation skills
*Experience designing for high street or supermarket retailers
*Exposure to branded products is advantageous
*Commercially aware with a strong understanding of trends
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
*Experience working with brands beneficial
