Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Stoke (ST5) | Up to £45,000 & Benefits

Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team and keep our production facility running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
This is a hand-on role—this is where you make a real impact.
*Deliver planned preventative & reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
*Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise systems
*Get involved in new equipment installation, development & commissioning
*Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
*Collaborate with on-site contractors and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
*5+ years’ electrical maintenance experience (ideally in manufacturing/industrial)
*Strong working knowledge of PLC systems
*Qualified to C&G (or equivalent) + 18th Edition IEE Regulations
*Basic mechanical skills & confidence with computer-based systems
*Flexible, reliable, and willing to support call-outs when needed
