Overview:
You will be joining a RIBA-Chartered practice as a Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be working within the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis.
*Develop BIM models and physical design models.
*Liaise with consultants and local authorities for planning.
*Produce design drawings and technical specifications.
*Manage internal resources and junior team members.
*Attend client meetings and industry events to promote the practice.
Skills & Experience:
*Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy.
*Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 & 2).
*RIBA Part 3 or equivalent professional registration preferred.
