SALES NEGOTIATOR - QUEENS PARK

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful multi branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a Sales Negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a sales negotiator who has 1 + years’ experience in sales or someone with lettings experience looking to transition into sales.

Duties/functions of the role:
*Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
*List properties from the existing database/network
*Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
*Arranging, attending viewings for prospective vendors
*Providing detailed viewing feedback to in order to successfully garner offers
*Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
*Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
Requirements of the role:
*1+ years’ experience working in sales or lettings
*A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Strong IT skills
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Salary budgets:£20,000 basic salary, £60K OTE + car allowance & bonuses

Required working hours: Monday Thursday 9am-6:30pm, Friday 6pm finish, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am- 4:30pm
