Salary – £49,006 (including shift allowance)
Shift – Nights (4 or 5 night patterns available, flexibility on start/finish times)

Working as part of the night shift engineering team, you will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and product quality across the site. This role requires a strong level of fault finding across both electrical and mechanical systems, supporting high levels of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
You will also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with production teams to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and maintain high operational standards.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer*Apprentice trained in engineering
Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer*Experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
*Welding experience (MIG/TIG) or machine shop exposure (lathes, mills)
*Strong understanding of continuous improvement and OEE
