We are looking to meet candidates at all levels: Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, Associate Director, and Director. Part of our screening process is a 200-question personality test and work philosophy test built by our team.
Responsibilities:
*Conduct initial candidate outreach and in-person screening to determine candidate fit as per position specifications
*Develop sourcing strategies for roles, gather competitive intelligence, and assist in targeted sourcing structures to build market maps
*Utilise Streak (CRM), LinkedIn, Google Suite, and third party data and job boards to track candidates and workflow
*Conduct detailed screening and briefing of candidates on responsibilities, salary, and benefits
*Prepare CVs, submission documents, dashboards, and client updates for live searches
*Manage interviews, tests, and feedback communication with candidates and clients
*Maintain a good understanding of clients and industry markets
*Stay updated on best practices in sourcing tools and technologies
*Maintain data quality and accuracy in internal databases
