Description
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing derivatives transactions linked to corporate lending activities. This includes maintaining and developing client relationships, identifying hedging opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue generation through derivatives execution.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders; lending, risk management, and head-office teams ensuring robust structuring, pricing and risk management of FX and interest-rate derivatives, including swaps and cross-currency solutions. The role also requires supporting internal processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to a disciplined and client-focused derivatives platform.
Profile
*6-10 years’ experience in FX and/or interest-rate derivatives within a financial institution or capital markets environment.
*Strong understanding of FX and IRD products (IRS, CCS, inflation swaps).
*Experience supporting derivatives linked to corporate lending activities.
*Confident communicator with ability to engage UK corporate clients and internal counterparts.
*Familiarity with ISDA documentation, UK derivatives standards, and risk-management processes.
*Ideally from a bank or market participant with an established derivatives business.
