Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad civil litigation caseload including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, contentious probate, and negligence claims

• Advising and representing clients through all stages of the litigation process

• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents

• Conducting negotiations, mediations, and court work where required

• Delivering strong client care and helping to build long-standing client relationships

• Participating in department growth, business development, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–Senior PQE welcome to apply)

• Strong civil litigation experience gained in private practice

• Confident handling files with minimal supervision at appropriate PQE level

• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills

• Ability to maintain high professional standards and manage deadlines effectively

• A proactive, commercially minded approach to client service
