Requirements*Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
*Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
*Genuine passion for Early Years education
*Flexible, reliable and proactive approach
*Strong understanding of professional practice and high-quality childcare
