Project Manager – ActiveH Migration

An established UK housing organisation is undertaking a major transformation of its housing management platform and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration of ActiveH from desktop to web.

This role is highly specialised. Demonstrable hands-on experience delivering projects involving ActiveH is essential. Candidates without direct ActiveH exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the end-to-end delivery of an ActiveH desktop-to-web migration
*Own project governance including plans, RAID, dependencies, and reporting
*Manage internal business and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
*Coordinate and manage third-party software suppliers and integrators
*Oversee data migration, testing, and business readiness activities
*Ensure delivery to agreed scope, timescales, and budget
*Provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders
Skills and Experience
*Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ActiveH projects
*Direct involvement in ActiveH implementations, upgrades, or migrations
*Strong background in housing management systems within social housing
*Experience delivering application or platform migration projects
*Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
*Confident operating in complex, change-heavy environments
Desirable
*Experience with ActiveH Web
*Housing association or local authority background
*Structured delivery methodologies (waterfall or hybrid)
