Our lifeguards play a vital role in making sure guests have a fun and safe experience in our pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld.

Safety is our top priority, so this position demands excellent attention to detail, alongside a warm and engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, helping create unforgettable moments for our guests.

Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety

Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently when supervising areas independently
Our business is open 7 days a week and therefore flexibility, reliability and punctuality are all essential, as you will form an important part of a team.

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification that’s brilliant, however if you can pass the Butlins swim test we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.
