Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance - Salesforce
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £47,263 per annum (£52,238 per annum is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Hybrid
Location: Speke, Liverpool

The difference you will make as a Lead Quality Assurance - Salesforce
Riverside Digital and Technology delivers value through product-led, DevOps-enabled squads, with a strong focus on cadence, quality, and continuous improvement.
As Lead QA - Salesforce, you will be an active member of the QA delivery team, focused on the effective end to end test service for Salesforce, to ensure solutions meet the requirements.
You will be responsible for the coordinating, test analysis, preparation and exaction of enhancement and regression testing within the Salesforce Eco=system, with a focus on customer and colleague experience.


About you
We are looking for someone with:
• Proven experience in technical leadership and people management within a product or platform environment.
• Strong experience in product testing, industry standards and best practice
• Experience supporting Salesforce in medium to large scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery approaches.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, testing, and release management.
