Job Description:
Beautiful independent Estate Agent in Blandford Forum in Dorset is seeking a Block Manager
Whether you’re currently a Block Manager, an AST Property Manager, or have a few years of experience in Lettings to know enough about service charges and maintenance etc, this is for you.
Client is looking for someone who can manage their own workload, is organised and punctual, works well within a team, and independently as they offer a generous hybrid setup.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of 10 blocks
*Handling queries, complaints, and resolving issues in a professional manner
*Conducting site inspections and overseeing maintenance works and site reports
*Managing budgets, service charge accounts, and financial reporting
*Attending stakeholder meetings
*Ensuring full compliance with current legislation and health & safety standards
*Carry out the selection and supervision of contractors for each site
*Assist with AST Property Management when needed
Package
*£25k - £35k DOE
*Mileage cover (car and driver’s license is required)
*Support for industry qualifications
*28 days + bank holidays
*Christmas party
*Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
*Generous hybrid working
