Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Managing credit control activities, mainly B2C with some B2B
*Monitoring payments across multiple bank accounts
*Reviewing debtor lists, following up with automated letters and escalating overdue accounts
*Handling a high volume of customer queries by phone and email
*Overseeing contract management, including changes, queries, upgrades, and transfers
*Assessing customer accounts for refunds, outstanding balances, or additional payments
*Navigating complex pricing, discounts, and loyalty schemes to ensure accuracy
*Streamlining and simplifying processes and systems
*Supporting shared inbox management and responding to internal/external communications

What you will need:
*Experience in a credit control, accounts receivable, or customer accounts role (Credit Controller, Accounts Assistant, Collections, or similar)
*Strong relationship-building skills
*A process-driven, numerical, and problem-solving mindset
*A commitment to learning and developing a broad understanding of the business
