Job Description:
Distribution Administrator - Immediate Start - Blandford/Hybrid - £26,228.00
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Distribution Administrator for an immediate start. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting order processing, logistics coordination, and internal communications within a busy distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing customer orders via EDI, email, and manual input
*Managing orders and deliveries via customer portals
*Coordinating with hauliers for deliveries, collections, and returns
*Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
*Handling POD requests, claims, and delivery queries
*Raising invoices and supporting delivery confirmations
*Producing daily warehouse documentation
*Supporting cross-department communication
Key Skills:
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
*Ability to learn new systems (ERP experience desirable)
*Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or admin-based roles preferred
Hours:
*Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
*Flexible working pattern (08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00)
*Immediate start available
*Hybrid: 1-day WFH after 6 months
