Are you a Level 3 Electrical Engineer looking to step into building services, with the opportunity to be fully trained and developed into a Quantity Surveyor within a growing company?
Do you want to work as a Mobile Electrician where you’ll develop your technical skills while being supported through structured training into a more senior, commercial position?
On offer is a clear progression pathway with full training provided to move into a Quantity Surveyor role. You’ll gain hands-on experience across electrical maintenance and building services, alongside exposure to estimating, costing and project support, with full support to progress off the tools.
In this role, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and M&E systems within commercial sites, including fault finding, repairs and compliance work. You’ll also support project and commercial activities, working closely with clients and internal teams.
The ideal Electrical Engineer will be Level 3 qualified Electrician with 18th Edition wiring regulations, with experience in building services or M&E environments. Any knowledge of HVAC or basic plumbing is highly beneficial. You’ll be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in progressing into a Quantity Surveying role. A full UK driving licence is required.
