The Role – Civil Litigation & Personal Injury Solicitor
You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation and personal injury matters, handling files from instruction through to resolution.


Key responsibilities include:
*Managing your own litigation caseload independently
*Advising on fast-track, intermediate and multi-track claims
*Handling cases through negotiation, settlement or court proceedings
*Working closely with an established client base
*Supporting the development and future growth of the litigation team


Work will include:
*Personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL)
*Property litigation and boundary disputes
*Contentious probate / wills and estate disputes
*Professional negligence claims
*Debt recovery and enforcement matters
*Landlord and tenant disputes


Your Profile
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
*Ideally 5+ years’ PQE in civil litigation/dispute resolution
*Strong experience in personal injury and general litigation matters
*Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ambition to progress into a leadership or team-building role
