The Role – Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
You will advise on a broad range of private client and wealth matters, including:
*Estate planning and succession planning
*Wills & tax-efficient trust structures
*Trust creation and administration (onshore)
*Probate and estate administration
*Court of Protection matters
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Asset protection and wealth structuring
*Advising HNW individuals, families, trustees and advisers
*Exposure to cross-border / international private client work


What will you need?
*To be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
*4+ years’ PQE in private client law
*Strong grounding in wills, trusts and probate
*Interest in developing HNW / complex private client expertise
*STEP qualification (desirable, not essential)
