About the Business
Join a multi-million-pound IT procurement business in Birmingham, offering a flexible hybrid model with just two days in the office. As a Credit Control Analyst, you’ll analyse financial data, identify opportunities to improve revenue and spend, and support smarter business decisions.
Main Duties:
As a Credit Control Analyst, your main duties include:
*Translate data into clear insights for stakeholders, highlighting trends, variances, recovery opportunities, and any issues requiring attention.
*Present audit findings and recommended actions to senior leadership and both internal and external stakeholders .
*Review supplier spend data, carry out gap analysis across accounts, and report key findings.
*Monitor data submission compliance, follow up on missing information, and support accurate and timely reporting from suppliers.
*Track and resolve spend compliance issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
*Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and data quality, and recommend enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
Location / Office / Culture
Based in Birmingham, the team operates a flexible hybrid model with typically just two days in the office.
