Job Description:
I am working in partnership with a leading organisation who are seeking an experienced Change Communications Manager to lead communications for a major, multi-phase organisational change programme. You’ll shape clear, consistent messaging, support staff engagement through change, and act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders on complex and sensitive communications.

The role
You will lead the development and delivery of a structured change communications plan aligned to programme phases, translating strategy and change into compelling messaging that supports understanding and engagement across the organisation.

Key deliverables include:
*Change communications strategy & delivery: develop and deliver a communications plan; create high-quality outputs such as leadership briefings, FAQs/consultation responses, scripts, talking points and presentations.
*Senior stakeholder engagement: advise and coach senior leaders (e.g., Directors/Executive stakeholders) on communicating complex and sensitive change and engaging their teams.
*Insight & engagement: analyse feedback/sentiment and engagement data to identify themes/risks and inform leaders’ decisions and communications approach; support briefings and Q&A activity.
*Programme support: project manage communications across multiple workstreams and align activity to programme milestones.
*Collaboration: partner closely with People/HR, programme leads and corporate communications to ensure joined-up, consistent and compliant messaging.

You’ll bring strong internal/change communications experience within a complex environment, confidence operating at senior levels, and the ability to handle sensitive content with discretion and sound judgement.

Essential experience/skills:
*Proven delivery of internal communications in a complex organisation and support to change/transformation/service redesign.
*Experience advising senior stakeholders on sensitive/complex issues, and producing high-quality written communications (briefings, FAQs, scripts).
*Excellent written/verbal communications; able to translate complex and ambiguous information into clear messaging for different audiences.
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; emotionally intelligent, discreet and professional.
*Strong planning and project management, comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment; able to use insight/feedback to adapt approaches.
