Job Description:
Internal Sales Representative
Location: Bedford (Priory Point)
Salary: £33,000 basic + bonus + benefits
Full-time | Office-based
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
30-minute lunch break daily
Temporary to Permanent

We’re supporting a high-performing, commercially driven business that is looking to bring in an Internal Sales Representative to join their team immediately.
It is about being proactive, commercially aware, and driven to secure business.
The RoleYou’ll sit at the centre of the sales function, managing enquiries and driving them through to conversion.
*Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email (RFQs, sales inbox, direct clients)
*Producing accurate, competitive quotes within tight timeframes
*Converting purchase orders efficiently into the system
*Proactively chasing live opportunities to secure business
*Negotiating with clients to maximise conversions and margins
*Sourcing products through UK and European suppliers where required
*Supporting supply chain with long lead time product sourcing
*Identifying upsell opportunities to increase order value
*Maintaining high levels of accuracy across all systems and data
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience within internal sales, sales support, or a similar commercial role
*Confident and personable communication style
*Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
*Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
