OVERVIEW:
• Take ownership of a diverse and engaging private client caseload
• Work across all aspects of private client law, including: Wills and probate, trusts and estate administration, Court of Protection matters, deputyship management, inheritance tax planning, asset protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney and compensation trusts
• Manage matters independently from instruction to completion
• Deliver consistently high standards of client care
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the process
• Qualified Solicitor with strong technical knowledge of private client law
• Substantial practical experience in private client work
• STEP-qualified or actively working towards the STEP Diploma
• Demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
