The Role – Social Media Marketing Executive – Data Driven Insights
*Analysing customer data to provide insights and identify opportunities
*Supporting and creating targeted email campaigns (e-shots)
*Managing and improving the accuracy of customer data within the CRM system
*Managing and developing social media channels (content, posting, engagement)
*Supporting marketing activity aimed at generating new business opportunities
*Preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
*Maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail
*Providing general support to the sales and management teams


The role of Social Media Marketing Executive would suit
Someone with a background or interest in marketing, social media, business, or administration. You might be a graduate looking for your first role, or someone with some experience in a similar position looking to build on your skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has an interest in marketing, social media, and digital engagement
*Is organised, detail-focused, and proactive
*Communicates well, both written and verbally
*Is comfortable working with data and systems (Excel/CRM experience is helpful)
*Has good general IT skills
*Can manage their time and prioritise effectively
*Brings a positive, reliable approach to their work
