IFA Administrator Wiltshire | Hybrid
Up to £33,000 + Quarterly Bonus
A well-established and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join its collaborative and high-performing support team.
The business has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored financial advice to private clients and business owners, with a clear focus on quality service and long-term client relationships.
The RoleWorking as part of the client services team, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to Paraplanners and Advisers, including:
*Managing client and provider correspondence
*Submitting new business and processing applications
*Supporting annual client reviews
*Preparing documentation for client meetings
*Maintaining accurate client records and systems
*Assisting with investment reporting (full training provided)
About You*Minimum 3 years experience within an IFA or financial planning firm
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, or insurance
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
*Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications such as RO1, CF1 or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
