Accounts Assistant (Temporary - 6 Months) - Birmingham City Centre - £15 per hour
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to play a key role in a growing, purpose-driven business? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic recycling company based in the heart of Birmingham on a 6-month temporary contract.

The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy across financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. A key part of the role involves working within Salesforce to track sales data and identify discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
*Reviewing and processing invoices with a high level of accuracy
*Investigating and resolving discrepancies in sales and financial records
*Using Salesforce to monitor sales activity and financial data
*Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks
*Maintaining organised and up-to-date records
What We’re Looking For
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Experience with invoices, accounts, or finance-related tasks
*Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
*Good organisational and communication skills
*A proactive and positive attitude
