Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 DoE
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Chief of Staff position:
*Partner closely with the CEO as a strategic thought partner and operational lead
*Drive execution of strategic priorities across the business
*Design and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) to enable global scale
*Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across international markets
*Embed operational rigour, governance, and investor-ready reporting
*Act as a trusted advisor, implementer, and proxy for the CEO
*Translate effectively between creative, operational, and investor stakeholders
*Support board-level decision-making and Private Equity value creation initiatives
What background and experience are the company looking for?
*Proven experience operating as a Chief of Staff, Strategy Lead, or Senior Operations role within a high-growth or PE-backed environment
*Demonstrable experience scaling international operations and driving transformation
*Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where structure needs to be built
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
*Ability to engage confidently across creative, operational, and investor audiences
*Exposure to media, production, or similarly complex project-based businesses is highly desirable
*A resilient, adaptable operator motivated by the opportunity to shape and elevate an organisation at a pivotal moment
