General Operatives
Rugby
07:30 – 15:30 Mon – Thu (early finish Fri)
£13.47 p/hour (£15.10 p/hour incl of holiday pay)
Full Time – Ongoing Temporary
Starting 1 May 2026
We are looking for several general operatives to assist with the roll-out of a new waste collection service in Rugby.
It’s a busy, on your feet, all weathers role where you’ll deliver waste caddies to residents all over Rugby area.
Super simple right? So what do you need to be successful:
*You must be living in Rugby
*You must be happy with a manual, active role
*You must be happy working on your feet throughout the entirety of the shift
*You must be available to start a new role on 1 May (inductions prior to this date)
