Job Description:
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right first time? Our client, a well-established organisation based near Cambridge, is looking for a diligent Compliance Administrator to support their operations and ensure all processes, documentation, and records meet the highest standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being the person others rely on to keep everything compliant, organised, and running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing compliance documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Supporting onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, certifications, and internal compliance requirements
• Monitoring expiry dates, renewals, and mandatory training, ensuring nothing is missed
• Maintaining internal systems and databases with exceptional attention to detail
• Preparing reports, audits, and compliance summaries for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Acting as a key point of contact for compliance queries across the business
• Supporting wider administrative and operational tasks where needed
What we’re looking for
• Experience in compliance, administration, quality assurance or a similar detail-focused role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional approach
• High level of accuracy and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working with systems, databases, and documentation
• Someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment

• Salary between £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience
