Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
*Advising businesses on a broad range of commercial contracts
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
*Supporting clients with day-to-day commercial and legal advice
*Playing a key role in developing and shaping the commercial offering
*Building long-term relationships with clients and referrers


Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial law
*Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
*Commercially minded with strong client-handling skills
*Confident working autonomously with appropriate support
*Keen to contribute to business and team growth
