You’ll be joining a reputable construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the Ludgershall area. The team is known for maintaining high safety standards and creating a supportive working environment for all on-site personnel.
Your new role
As a Traffic Marshall on this busy site, you will be responsible for directing vehicle movement, ensuring the safe flow of traffic, supporting site logistics, and maintaining safe access routes. You will work closely with site management and other operatives to keep the project running smoothly and safely.
What you’ll need to succeed
*A valid Green CSCS Card
*A Traffic Marshall Card
*NPORS or CPCS qualification is highly desirable
*Previous experience in traffic marshalling on construction sites
*Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety
