Are you an expert educator with a passion for designing learning journeys that truly resonate with every student? We are seeking a Curriculum Co-ordinator to lead the coordination, development, and quality assurance of our curriculum. This is a pivotal role acting as the bridge between our teaching teams and senior leaders to ensure clarity and consistency across our education provision.
This role is about more than oversight; it is about being the architect of an ambitious, coherent sequence of learning. You will shape how our intent is translated into classroom excellence, supporting your colleagues through coaching and CPD to strengthen outcomes for all learners.
Benefits:*Play a lead role in shaping the educational direction of a growing organisation.
*Access to high-level collaborative opportunities and ongoing professional development within an expanding SEN network.
* Join a team that values a therapeutic, relational ethos and continuous improvement.

*Benefit from a structured Monday-Friday schedule and a salary that reflects your leadership expertise

Responsibilities:

*Lead the design and implementation of coherent, ambitious sequences of learning tailored to diverse needs.
*Monitor and evaluate curriculum delivery to ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained throughout the group.
*Support and empower teaching staff through targeted CPD, professional coaching, and sharing best practices.
*Ensure the curriculum intent is consistently translated into excellent classroom practice, aligning with the organisation’s core values.
*Act as a key liaison between teaching teams and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and learner success.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree relevant to education or your specialist phase.

*Proven experience in curriculum leadership (e.g., Subject Lead or Phase Lead) with evidence of improving provision and shaping planning.
*Successful classroom teaching experience across a range of needs, particularly with SEND, SEMH, or pupils with disrupted educational journeys.
*A strong understanding of how to adapt curriculum frameworks to support pupils with complex starting points.
*Further professional qualifications (e.g., NPQ or Master’s) and experience in alternative provision or therapeutic learning environments.
Even if you don’t meet every single criterion listed, if you are a resilient individual with a genuine passion for supporting students and a willingness to learn, we would still love to hear from you.
