Housing Receptionist Day
Location: Hanwell, London
Pay: £13.94 per hour (weekly pay)
Hours: 35 hours per week (rota including evenings, weekends & public holidays)
Contract: Full-time
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hanwell for a Housing Receptionist to join a friendly, community-focused supported housing service.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and providing excellent front-of-house support.
Key duties include:
*Welcoming residents and visitors
*Answering phone and email enquiries
*Managing bookings and reception administration
*Carrying out basic safety and wellbeing checks
*Supporting general admin tasks
About You
*Someone who takes pride in being the face of the organisation and understands the importance of first impressions
*Excellent communication and people skills with a professional telephone manner
*Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
*Proactive attitude and keen to grow in the role
*Flexible to work rota shifts including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Comfortable using IT systems
