Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Director, this senior role gives you ownership of the total reward, benefits and co-member experience agenda, with real influence across the business. This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Brackmills (Northampton) office (free parking onsite).
What you’ll be doing
*Setting and delivering our reward and incentive strategy, aligned to commercial and people goals
*Leading annual salary reviews, bonus governance, pay gap reporting and reward modelling
*Owning our benefits offering and managing external providers
*Driving colleague engagement, wellbeing and inclusion & belonging initiatives
*Using data and insight to inform strategy and drive meaningful action
*Managing and developing one direct report (Reward Advisor)
What we’re looking for
*Proven reward or HR leadership experience, ideally in a commercial or sales-led environment
*Strong knowledge of UK reward legislation (EMEA exposure desirable)
*Experience across the full reward lifecycle, including incentives and benefits
*Confident working with data and influencing senior stakeholders
*A collaborative, values-driven leadership style
