Job Description:
HR Coordinator
*Location: Dartford, Kent
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic company who are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide high-quality and efficient HR administrative support within the business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration, keen on ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Maintain up-to-date HR records, both manual and electronic, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed.
*Process leavers within required time frames and calculate holiday payouts.
*Ensure that people data in electronic systems is current and accurate.
*Monitor and review probationary and exit interview processes.
*Manage ETI breaches and coordinate all absence management processes including return to work.
*Provide reports and analysis on HR activities as required.
*Carry out right to work checks in line with legislation and maintain the right to work database.
*Update internal databases, such as those for sick leave, maternity, and paternity leave.
*Prepare HR documents when necessary, such as employment contracts.
*Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
*Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information, such as holiday and sick days taken.
*Assist with case management for ER issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience as an administrator or HR administrator is preferable.
*Computer literacy, especially with programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
