This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Leader, Deputy Headteacher, or Headteacher ready to take the next step in school leadership. Role Responsibilities - Headteacher / Head of SchoolAs Headteacher, you will:
*Lead the day-to-day running of the school in partnership with the Executive Headteacher

*Provide strategic and operational leadership to drive school improvement

*Secure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement

*Oversee curriculum development and ensure high-quality educational provision

*Champion safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practice across the school

*Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve outstanding outcomes

*Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community

*Monitor school performance and implement improvement strategies

The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking an exceptional and inspirational school leader with a clear vision for educational excellence and a passion for supporting pupils and staff.
Essential Requirements*Proven experience in senior leadership within a primary or faith school setting

*Strong track record of driving school improvement and raising attainment

*Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*Secure understanding of safeguarding, curriculum leadership, and school operations

*Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

*Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead staff effectively

*Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

*Right to work in the UK
