Corporate Solicitor – London
The Corporate team at this Legal 100 firm in London are expanding due to increasing instructions from a number of major clients and are therefore keen to hire an additional Corporate Solicitor into the team.
You’ll be joining a firm who knows that its staff are its key asset and who looks after and develops its people, accordingly, including offering a competitive salary, benefits and career development opportunities.
In this role you’ll be dealing with a range of corporate & Commercial work including: -
*M&A acting for Buyers and Sellers
*Private Equity
*Corporate advisory work
*Commercial contracts
The corporate team act for an array clients from start-ups and owner managed businesses to major corporations in sectors including technology financial services, insurance, publishing, events, engineering, manufacturing, recruitment, sports and fashion.

To be considered for this role your experience should include: -
*Qualified Solicitor
*3-6 PQE
*M&A
*Private Equity
*Corporate advisory
*Commercial contracts
*Strong academics
